Win Finnkino movie tickets by making fault reports! Participating in the Conscientious Tenant campaign is easy: read the rules and instructions (in Finnish).

When you notice a fault in the common areas, submit a fault report and inform the tenant committee to participate in the movie ticket lottery. The tickets are raffled at the tenant committee meetings and TOAS will deliver the tickets to the winners via email.

The tenant activator program is a grant awarded by TOAS, which can be applied for a project to improve the living conditions or the community spirit. Prior activator grants have been issued to organize a table hockey tournament and a gaming console tournament & purchase a chocolate fountain as a highlight of tenant events. Tenants are welcome to present ideas for new grant applications at tenant committee meetings or personally to members of the committee.

The tenant’s energy saving campaign begins on 1.4.2018 and will continue until the end of the year. The objective of the water saving campaign is to reduce water consumption by at least 2% compared to the previous year. If the campaign is successful, the most water-saving location is promised an additional bonus prize. Campaign progress can be monitored by reading energy reports on the consumption of water, electricity and district heat at Tekniikantornit ja Tieteentornit.
