TOAS wants to activate tenants to send service advice about common premises. How to participate:

1. Find a problem in the common premises. Apartments' own service advice are not in this contest.
2. Fill out a service advice form at TOAS website: http://www.tampuuri.fi/asiakkaat/toas/vikailmoitus/default.aspx?lang=en
3. Take a screenshot of filled out form.
4. Send the image (or imgur-link) via email to astmk@ttornit.info.
   • Subject is ”Tunnollinen asukas - YOUR NAME HERE”
   • In message body, state your apartment number (and tower) and your contact information (needed if you want to take part in the contest).

You are NOT allowed to damage property.

First (and only) prize is two Finnkino movietickets.

You can participate multiple times. Only one participation for each service advice form (and, of course, only one service advice for for each problem / damage).

There has to be a reason for the report, ”no problem” is not a valid entry.

If we detect any abuse, all participations for abusing tenant will be disqualified.

Contest closes two days before the last tenant committee meeting of the spring. This is usually in late April, but exact date will be decided later.

Winner will be drawn in said meeting and contacted afterwards if necessary.
