Please note that the fountain requires a large amount (900 g) of fountain ready fondue chocolate to create the perfect cascading fountain effect. Fondue chocolate for the fountain can be purchased locally and from online stores.

The chocolate fountain is easy to assemble and warms up fast. It is recommended to use cocktail sticks for dipping and have napkins readily available, as dripping chocolate can be a bit messy.

• Read the instructions carefully before use!
• The fountain requires fountain ready fondue chocolate that has higher coconut fat content than normal chocolate. This special fondue chocolate is fluid enough to create the cascading fountain effect. Ordinary chocolate is too thick to run in the fountain and can jam the auger & cause overheating.
• Always melt the fondue chocolate completely before pouring it into the appliance. The fondue chocolate is microwave ready, making it easy and quick to serve. (Always check the instructions on the packaging before use. Notice: 1-2 minutes may not be enough. Make sure the chocolate is completely melted.) Leftover chocolate can be stored and reused, enjoyed as is, or used for baking.
• Disassemble the fountain carefully and clean it thoroughly after each use. Make sure you return all the parts and pieces of the fountain!
